Jazz Night with Woody Beckner

Woody Beckner has been playing mainstream and original acoustic and electric jazz in Hampton Roads for over two decades, performing in venues up and down the east coast - from history-rich Boston to the sunny shores of Florida. He's performed as a featured guest on National Public Radio broadcasts and participated in the '98-'99 Ewell Concert Series at the College of William and Mary, where he holds a teaching position in the Applied Music Program. His current and second release, At First Glance, features original compositions by Beckner, saxophonist Jeff Smith, bassist Chris Brydge and drummer Howard Curtis.
